As an artist, I’m fascinated with the everyday beauty surrounding me. Most of the time, I walk by unaware – distracted by minutia. That’s why I love photography. Holding a camera forces me to slow down and take time to look – really look at the world around me. It’s then I’ll see the red fence in the forest or the colorful leaves beneath my feet.
